  8.   The year is 2882. You are sent to
  9. investigate a derelict starship,
  10. abandoned in deep space. The moment
  11. you enter, you smell the stench of the
  12. infamous Space Gorn.
  13.  
  14.   It is rumored that the Space Gorn is
  15. an eleven foot tall lizard-like
  16. creature. Its razor sharp claws and
  17. whip-like tail have meant the end for
  18. many adventurous (and maybe a bit
  19. foolhardy) warriors.
  20.  
  21.   Gorns are also known for their
  22. ferocious appetite and their ability
  23. to spew streams of corrosive motor
  24. oil-like saliva.
  25.  
  26.   In this text adventure game, your
  27. mission is simple (ha,ha). Seek out
  28. and destroy the Space Gorn before the
  29. ship's energy is exhausted.

  31.   If you wish to remove yourself from
  32. the game (and probably save your
  33. life), then simply type 'quit'.
